Thirty years
at the edge

Takuho Industries has ground carbide to the tenth of a micron for three decades. What began as a single grinding line in Aichi is now a full tooling house — CNC turning, VMC machining, and coated-insert production under one roof.

Monozukuri — the craft of making things properly — isn't a slogan here. It's the reason a Takuho edge holds its geometry cut after cut, from the first insert in the box to the last.

What we run

One roof, one standard. Every process that touches a Takuho tool is controlled in-house — from pressing green carbide to inspecting the finished edge.

High-repeatability turning centres for round tooling, shanks and bar work.
